Relevia

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit or use Relevia, including its dashboards and related support features.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for Relevia is Webranking S.r.l., Via Oratorio 12/A, 42015 Correggio (RE), Italy. For privacy questions or requests, email innovation@webranking.it.

If you access a customer property managed by your organisation, that organisation may also determine the purposes of processing data entered into Relevia. Contact your organisation for information about its own processing activities.

Data we process

  • Account and access data: your name, work email address, identity provider identifiers, roles and the properties you can access.
  • Service content: prompts, URLs, brands, properties, reports, uploaded material and other information submitted to or generated through Relevia. Please avoid including personal data in prompts or uploads unless it is necessary and authorised.
  • Support and feedback: messages, feedback descriptions, links, examples and attachments you choose to send us.
  • Technical and analytics data: IP address, browser and device details, request times, access logs, error records, session storage and pseudonymous cookie identifiers or usage events collected for aggregate statistics.

Some data comes directly from you; account information may also come from your organisation or its identity provider. Technical data is collected when the service is used.

Why we process data and our legal bases

  • We manage accounts, access and requested Relevia functions to provide the service. The legal basis is performance of a contract where you are personally a party to it (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for users accessing Relevia through their organisation, it is our legitimate interest in providing that organisation with the service (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • We protect the service, investigate errors, respond to support requests and improve its reliability, including through aggregate usage statistics, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure and effective service (Article 6(1)(f)). Analytics cookies require consent where they do not meet the conditions for treatment as technical cookies.
  • We process information when required to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Where a separate activity requires consent, we will ask for it before that activity and you may withdraw it at any time (Article 6(1)(a)).

Account details needed to identify you and grant access are required to use Relevia. Optional feedback is your choice. Without necessary information, some functions may not be available.

Who may receive data

Authorised Webranking staff and, where applicable, authorised users in your organisation can access data according to their roles. Providers supporting identity and authentication, hosting, storage, monitoring, analytics and AI processing may handle data needed to deliver the service. This includes Google as the provider of Google Analytics. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect legal rights.

Relevia content sent for AI processing may be transmitted to the provider used for the selected function. Avoid submitting confidential or personal information unless your organisation has approved that use.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer requires safeguards, we use the applicable GDPR transfer mechanisms, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us to request details of the safeguards relevant to a particular processing activity.

How long we keep data

We keep account and service data while access or the relevant customer relationship is active, then for the time needed to manage closure, legal obligations or claims. Support information and technical logs are kept for the period needed to resolve requests, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us about the retention period for a specific category of data.

Cookies and similar storage

Relevia uses cookies or browser storage necessary for sign-in and session management. We also use Google Analytics to understand how Relevia is used through aggregate statistics. We do not send names, email addresses, account identifiers, prompts or report content to Google Analytics. It may nevertheless process pseudonymous cookie identifiers and browser or device information, which can still be personal data.

Google Analytics cookies are analytics cookies, not automatically technical cookies. We treat them as equivalent to technical cookies only when they are used solely for aggregate statistics about Relevia and the applicable safeguards against identifying or combining user data are in place. Otherwise, we request consent before setting them. You can find more information in the Google Privacy Policy. Browser settings can be used to manage stored data, but disabling necessary storage may prevent sign-in.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to innovation@webranking.it. We will respond within the time required by law, normally within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as Relevia or its data processing changes. The date above shows when this version was last updated. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a new processing activity begins.
